This is great so be patient!

I have watched/ listened to a bunch of blog entries by this blogger, I really enjoy it. Pay attention around 8 and a half min, I think this is important to our film!

Wow the voice sure fooled me. That was a good example I guess. Any I'm surprised that there are that many resources locally. I guess it just goes to show you it's a much bigger issue than people make it. I'd love to see the ways society treats these people and focus on the root of why they treat them in that manner. I know being in the south it's a bit more of a problem than in some other areas(not to say it doesn't exist everywhere). Anyway its a good idea with a lot of powerful examples if you guys can get it on camera. good luck.

I was patient and made it through the whole video! I think raised an interesting point which was the difference between those who have an improvement of quality of life as a result of the transition and those who do not. it might be difficult find, but I think it would be really interesting to hear from someone from each of those two extremes. I’m glad you were able to find this blog, it looks like it will be really helpful.

I am also surprised that there are that many local resources dealing with these matters. Well, i guess i am not really surprised seeing as how one of the points you are trying to make is that most people are in the dark when it comes to transgender and i am one of these people. i watched this video too and i did find interesting the idea of a person's immediate perception having an affect on how they treat you despite how you desire to be seen/treated. it is a simple point but i honestly would have never thought about it had i not heard it here. his/her plans for surgery seem pretty intense also, have you contacted anyone who has had surgery or plans to? Also, the mention of how helpful the internet has been in reaching others who are transgendered may be something to tie into your project.
